.NET optimization

To allow faster launching of signed .NET extensions that are used by the Meridian Global Collaboration Framework and the Meridian Asset Management Module, special configuration files have been created for the PowerUser and Configurator. These configuration files need to be installed on every workstation and are located in the vault in the \Rollout folder.
