BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise 2013 Release Notes | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
64-bit editions of the following components are provided with this release:
Meridian Enterprise is now fully 64-bit compliant with the exception of the BlueCielo viewer, which relies on AutoVue 2D Professional, for which a 64-bit version is not yet available.
Vault external tables and the user accounts database are now also stored in MS SQL Server Compact Edition on 64-bit computers similar to Local Workspace as described in "Operating system support improvements."
Note The 64-bit edition of the EDM Server service, although fully tested, is considered an early adopter's release in this version of Meridian Enterprise. We highly recommend that if you deploy this edition that you do so in close cooperation with your BlueCielo Solutions Partner or BlueCielo ECM Solutions.
The 32-bit edition of the server components will continue to be supported. A 64-bit server components setup program is also provided for those customers who want to upgrade prior installations without deploying the 64-bit EDM Server service.
