If the Open dialog is shown in Inventor 2009 and the InnoCielo Application Integration dialog is used to try to view an AutoCAD drawing that was saved in DWG 2007-2010 format by Inventor, the InnoCielo viewer might display the following message: "ICViewPlugIn cannot show the document. Do you want to view it with another viewer?" The message may be followed by the following error: "The procedure entry point ?setTransparent@RgbGrayModel@Atil@@QBEXE@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library AdImaging.dll." This can occur on Windows Vista when the InnoCielo viewer (which uses the Inventor viewer) is set as the default viewer for the DWG file type. The error is caused by an incompatibility between the Inventor 2009 viewer when run in transparent mode on Windows Vista and is the responsibility of Autodesk.
To change the default viewer for a file type in the PowerUser Client or TeamWork running on Windows Vista, the user must be an Administrator of the computer or User Account Control (UAC) disabled.
AutoCAD Mtext entities are not formatted correctly in the InnoCielo viewer in InnoCielo 2009 due to an issue in Autodesk RealDWG 2010.
The
InnoCielo Advanced Viewer will not display referenced parts in case the
path of the referenced part is not stored correctly in the drawing.
The
Inventor 9 Viewer, when integrated with the InnoCielo viewer, will
correctly display all parts of an assembly. Previous versions of the viewer
experienced difficulties if the parts were not located
in the same directory as the assembly. These problems may still occur
if you do not use Local Workspace.
When opened from within AutoCAD, the Application Integration dialog may hang when trying to view an
AutoCAD drawing. There is no known workaround.
Using
the email function in Adobe Reader 6.0, when integrated with the InnoCielo viewer, can cause an Application Error. This can be resolved
by upgrading to Adobe Reader 7.
For
external viewers such as Adobe Acrobat, the Print
Preview command is not available.
