Configure View Security
You can restrict access to each view to specific Meridian Enterprise user groups.
To configure view security:
- In Meridian Enterprise Server Administration Console, in the Repositories group, click Views. The Explorer Views page appears and lists the existing views.

Select the view that you want to configure and then in the toolbar, click Edit.
Note:Double-clicking a view name or clicking Properties allows you to edit the view's configuration, not its definition as described in this topic.
The view's configuration pages appear.

The EDIT dialog box for the corresponding view appears. The options shown are those that you configured when the view was created as described in Create And Edit Repository Views.

In the menu, click SECURITY. A page appears that lists the groups that are currently granted access to the selected view.
- To add a group:
- In the toolbar, click Add. The ADD GROUPS dialog box appears. Select one or more groups that you want to assign to the view and then click OK. The group names are added to the list.
- To remove a group:
- Select one or more groups that you want to remove and then click Remove. The group names are removed from the list.
- To add a group:
- When you are finished assigning the view security, click OK.
