Change the Column Layout
The columns that are shown in the results pane and their order are configured by a system administrator, but you can change the column layout to suit your preferences.
- Not all columns support filtering and searching.
- Searching with the SQL wildcard characters (_ or %) will show all documents.
To resize a column:
- Hover the pointer over the right end of the column heading until the resize cursor appears.
- Click and drag the column edge to the desired size and then release the column
To move a column:
- Click and drag the column heading to the desired location as indicated by the arrow icons and then release the column.
To add or remove columns:
- Click the menu button for any column. The column menu appears.
- Point to Columns. A menu of the available columns appears.
- Select or clear column names.
- Click anywhere outside of the menu. The results pane refreshes to show the column changes.
To sort the results list on a column:

Click the column heading. Click the heading again to reverse the sort order.

Click the menu button for the column and then select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending from the menu that appears.
Note:The properties that may be selected for sorting are configured by a system administrator.
To filter the results list on a property value:
- Click the menu button for any column. The column menu appears.
- Point to Filters. A search keyword text box appears.
- Enter the name of a value upon which you want to search. The document list refreshes dynamically to show you the search results. You may refine your search criteria to obtain the results you want.
- Click anywhere outside of the menu to complete the search. A filter icon appears in the heading of columns that are filtered.
To clear columns filters:
- Click the menu button for any column. The column menu appears.
- Clear the checkbox next to Filters. The results pane refreshes to show the filters removed.
