New in AM2006b: Oracle and MS-SQL driver improvements

This is a fix for serious vault inconsistencies occurring in some Oracle or SQL Server installations. The vault inconsistencies resulted from various exceptional situations where either the EDM server or the Oracle/SQL Server is lacking critical resources, such as disk space, table space or memory. The error recovery handling in the EDM server for such situations was improved. This fix was previously released as a hotfix.
