New in AM2006b: Alternative document names

In the PowerUser it is now possible to display a different property instead of the filename, the same way this was already possible for the Application Integration. To achieve this the property should be added with the "_ALTNAME" flag in the Application Integration settings if the Vault. For example, like this:

Custom.Title1 = Title, _ALTNAME

Note that in the PowerUser the custom title is ignore: the column name will always be "Name". For example, applying the above example to the AECDemo Vault would result in the "Drawing Title Line 1" field to be used as first column as shown in the next screenshot. Note that if the field is not filled in for a document the text "<No Value>" will be displayed.
