New in AM2004d: Offline Client Improvements

• It is now possible to create auto commands and command buttons, which will be available in the PowerUser, Web Access and Offline Client.
   
• Auto properties can now be declared as required, read-only and visible dependent on a VBScript expression.
   
• Local Workspace synchronization and cleanup are now working in Offline mode as well.
   
• New functionality added to the Offline Client:

Add Document
Get (formerly Get Data + Download)
Delete
Delete from Workspace
Undo Check-Out
Document Lock/Unlock
Refresh
Connect to Web Access (formerly part of Go to Web Access)
Remote properties (formerly part of Go to Web Access)
Compact database

• The Offline Client now has an option "Open Remote Vault" that allows the user to select a vault that does not exist in Local Workspace yet.
   
• Offline Client and Application Integration in Offline mode have a lot of user interface and usability improvements, like better batch operation support, improved visual style, etc.
   
• AM-Administrator has a special “Offline Status” window, where a Meridian administrator can quickly check current Offline mode settings per vault.
   
• A separate setup option for the Offline mode users which installs the typical components needed to use the Offline Client.
