A new
privilege "Use WebAccess" has been introduced to control the
use of WebAccess. After upgrading to AutoManager 2003d you can remove
this privilege for user roles that are not allowed to use WebAccess. To
grant this privilege assign a role (with this privilege) to the user (or
group) on the root folder of the Main Area.
In the
Find page of WebAccess property filters can be used to define search criteria.
With the first release of AutoManager 2003 the option called 'Any' was
removed from the list of conditions. This has been restored in AutoManager
2003d.
When
having several fields in the Field-Path-Relation definition and entering
first a value for the first field and then changing the value in the next
fields, the new value in the first field was reset back to the one, existing
before the change, so new values were not kept in this case. This is now
fixed.
When
using Navigation View in WebAccess running on Windows Server 2003 'error
400, Bad request' error message was shown. This is now fixed.
When
viewing an AutoCAD drawing with X-Refs in WebAccess an 'Edit in Application'
and 'Copy Outside Vault' privileges were required. This is changed in
AutoManager 2003d so that these privileges are not required anymore for
viewing.
When
using Global Search Queries the user could not login to the WebAccess
after the last active Search Query had been deleted. The only workaround
was to restart WebService. This is now fixed.
A not
exact caption for "Publish all vaults anonymously..." was used
in WebAccess properties window. This is now improved and the new caption
is "Enable the use of NetViewer for anonymous users (requires NetViewer
licences)".
"After
edit redline" event was not fired in WebAccess. This is now fixed.
Note that the "Before edit redline" event is not implemented
by WebAccess. This is by design.
An option
was added to automatically update the title block when a document is checked
out from WebAccess. This option can be set via AutoManager Configurator
application.
