Viewer Options not always available

When viewing a document in Web Access with the InnoCielo NetViewer the "Options..." item in the context menu of the viewer may not always be available. This availability depends on the file type currently shown in the viewer, because for certain external viewers - such as Kodak Imaging - this menu item cannot be created.

As a workaround select another document of another type, and use the "Options" from there.
