File System type recommendation

When using Offline Client and Local Workspace, it is recommended to place Local Workspace on NTFS drive especially in the case if remote users are working in different time zones than the EDM Server and are traveling between them. This is because NTFS uses a far more accurate approach to processing file times than FAT does.
