Assembly Import Tool with Local Workspace

When importing a large assembly with the Assembly Import Tool, it is important to disable synchronization of the Local Workspace, when Local Workspace is being used. The Local Workspace synchronization would interfere with the Assembly Import resulting in error messages saying "The specified file cannot be opened."
