TeamWork 2012 clients (, Application Integration, application links) are unable to access older TeamWork vaults. However, older TeamWork clients will be able to access a TeamWork2012 server. The server should therefore be upgraded first, followed by the update of the clients at the earliest opportunity.
Note: BlueCielo ECM Solutions does not provide technical support for production environments in which different versions of TeamWork software are used on server and client computers.
