Sending items on the Clipboard

Sending the items that are on the Clipboard sends links to the items by email to other Meridian Project Portal users or distribution lists.

Before you begin

Sending items is only available if you have specified your own email address as described in Changing personal properties.

To send items on the Clipboard:

1. Add the items to the Clipboard that you want to send as described in Adding items to the Clipboard.
2. View the Clipboard as described in Viewing the Clipboard contents.

3. In the ribbon, in the Collaboration group, click Send. A page appears that shows the message options. The page also lists the items on the Clipboard for reference.

4. Click options or type values and continue as described in Sending items by email .
