Installing BCSAP

To be able to show the documents that are attached to assets, each maintenance management system client computer needs access to the link program BCSAP.exe along with configuration file BCSAP.exe.config.

To install the link program:

1. Copy the files BCSAP.exe and BCSAP.exe.config from the <Setup>\MMS Link folder to a shared network folder that is accessible by every maintenance management system user.

OR

1. Create a configuration file template in any convenient location as described in Configuring BCSAP.
2. Copy the configuration file template to the same folder on every maintenance management system user’s computer.
3. Copy the file BCSAP.exe from the <Setup>\MMS Link folder to the same folder on every maintenance management system user’s computer.
