Viewing documents

You can open documents with the viewer in a full-screen viewer window from anywhere the document's name is shown. Once opened, you can use the viewer's tools to examine the document.

From the results list:

1. Right-click the document name. The shortcut menu appears.
2. Select View. The selected document opens.

From the Properties page:

• Click the thumbnail image.

From any other property page:

1. Right-click the document name. The shortcut menu appears.
2. Select Open in viewer. The selected document opens.

From a detail page:

• Click the thumbnail image.

OR

• In the Commands ribbon, click View.
