Switching between list view and thumbnail view

The Linked Documents page can show documents two ways:

• List view – Basic document information is listed in tabular format similar to the following figure. This view is useful when an asset has many related documents and you want to identify documents by name instead of graphically.

• Thumbnail view – Document information is shown in panes that include a thumbnail image of the document similar to the following figure. This view is useful when an asset has fewer related documents or you want to identify documents graphically instead of by name.

To switch between list view and thumbnail view:

1. On the Linked Documents page, click the Show List icon or Show Thumbnails icon in the upper right corner of the page.
