Showing preferred documents

When an object in the maintenance management system has many documents related to it, there are some that are more relevant than others or are required documents for common maintenance tasks. By marking the documents as preferred and showing them only, you can see them all without the distraction of documents that are not as relevant. To show only preferred documents:

1. On the Linked Documents page, click the Show preferred only icon in the upper right corner of the page. The page refreshes to show only the preferred documents.
2. To show all documents, click the icon again. The page refreshes to show all documents.
