Using the Select View tool

Click the Select View tool to display a dialog from which you can select a predefined view to restore. The available views include the view visible when the drawing was last saved, named views saved in the drawing, and a user-definable view.

You can manipulate the orientation of the default and USER views to display a 3D perspective. Follow these steps to change the USER view:

1. Select USER from the View list.
2. Click + and - for the appropriate axes to rotate the example cube to the desired orientation. If necessary, change Step to rotate the orientation more or less precisely.
3. Click OK to accept the view orientation. The viewer window rotates the drawing to match the new orientation.
