The Print Preview tool allows you to see how the current file will look when printed. You can use this tool to experiment with various printer and viewer options to achieve the results you want before using the Draft Print tool to produce a hard copy. The tool displays the same Print Document dialog as Draft Print except the output is displayed with the selected print options applied in a zoomable window onscreen instead of being sent to a printer.
