  2. Select or enter options as described in the following table.

Lookup query

Enter an SQL query to perform lookups in the Maximo database as described in Expanding property linking with lookup q. Lookup queries are only available for connectivity to IBM Maximo.

Operator

Select an option to specify how the key value of the maintenance management system is compared to the Meridian Enterprise property value. Usually this should be Equals or Contains.

Use Site ID

Enable this option to indicate that a Site ID is the first part of the Meridian Enterprise property value and the corresponding argument value in the URL (for example, BEDFORD-BR450). This will usually be the case forMaximo 5.x and 6. This will usually not be the case forMaximo 4.1.1 and other maintenance management systems. If disabled, the Site ID separator and Ignore the Site ID when searching in the Meridian vault options are not used.

Ignore the Site ID when searching in the Meridian vault

Enable this option if the URL argument values contain a Site ID while the corresponding property values in Meridian Enterprise do not. If enabled, the Site ID is removed from the argument value before it is used to search in Meridian Enterprise. This option is only used if Use Site ID is enabled.

Site ID separator

Type a separator string to be used when the Site ID is concatenated with object IDs in Meridian Enterprise property values. This option is only used if Use Site ID is enabled.

To delete an existing filter:

  1. Select the filter and click Remove. The filter is deleted.
  1. Click OK to save your changes.
