Library ID

The Meridian Enterprise vault or ImandrA vault name specified as <VaultName>^<ServerName>.

Folder ID

Optional ID of the folder that contains the documents to be shown. If this option is omitted, the value of Criteria will be used to specify the documents to show.

For Meridian Enterprise only, the folder may be specified in any of the following formats:

  • The vault path, for example, \MyFolderName\SubFolderName
  • The folder GUID, for example, {7E125C43-3A0A-4840-AF62-3FDE69C2E83D}

For ImandrA only, the folder must be specified as the folder ID, for example, 1173169572.

If search criteria are configured, the documents are shown in a list, similar to any other SharePoint Server document library. That is, no sub-folder structure will be shown. Otherwise, the documents are shown based on the configuration of the current view.

  1. Click OK. The property definitions are retrieved from the specified vault and used to configure the SharePoint library and the resulting library page appears.
  2. Continue configuration of the web part in Adding a web part to a web page.
