BlueCielo Web Parts 2012 Administrator's Guide | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
After you have installed a BlueCielo web part as described in Installing the BlueCielo Web Parts, you can later edit its settings to further configure the web parts.
To edit web part settings:
Option | Description |
---|---|
Default WebService Url |
The URL of the appropriate BlueCielo web service depending on your system type. Examples: http://<IISServerName>/<Folder >/MeridianService.asmx
|
Default Library Id |
The Meridian Enterprise vault or ImandrA vault name specified as <VaultName>^<ServerName>. |
Enable Publish |
Allows site users to release checked-out documents. |
Enable Delete |
Allows site users to delete documents. |
Enable Local Workspace |
For Meridian Enterprise only, uses the existing Meridian Enterprise local workspace for storage of documents that are checked out or viewed. Enabling this option requires that at least the Meridian Enterprise Office Web Client components be installed on users' computers from the Meridian Enterprise setup program. The users' web browsers must also be configured to allow downloading of ActiveX controls so that an additional component can install upon first use. If the latter is prohibited by your organization's security policy, the component can be installed manually using a CAB file that can be found in the SharePoint virtual directory where the web part was installed, for example: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wpresources\BlueCieloECM.InnoCielo.WebParts\ BlueCieloECM.WebParts.MeridianLws.cab If this option is cleared, the BlueCielo Download Manager component should be installed on user's computers instead as described in Installing BlueCielo Download Manager. |
