This guide describes how to use the BlueCielo Meridian Transmittal Management Module’s features to work with transmittals and submittals. Meridian Transmittal Management Module configuration is documented in the  BlueCielo Meridian Transmittal Management Module Configuration Guide. Basic use of the various BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise client applications is documented in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise User’s Guide. The major topics included in this guide are:
