About the transmission and submission property sets

The transmission or submission information stored for each document includes the properties in the property sets named TransmissionPropertySet and SubmissionPropertySet respectively, described in the following table. Do not assign these property sets to document types. They are used by transmittal and submittal briefcases only. To provide your own values, use the BrcEvent_BeforeWriteProperty event procedure described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise VBScript API Reference.

TransmissionPropertySet and SubmissionPropertySet properties
Property	Description
Comments	Comments about the transmission.
Description	A description of the transmission.
DocName	The name of the transmission.
DocNumber	The submitter’s (contractor, vendor, or other) assigned document number, which might not be the same as in the vault.
DocURL	A URL where the document can be found by Web Access.
DueDate	Due date for a response to the transmission. This property is only included in the TransmissionPropertySet.
IssueCode	The transmitter’s assigned code for the reason the document was transmitted. This property is only included in the TransmissionPropertySet.
ReturnCode	The transmitter’s assigned code for the reason the document was submitted (returned).
Revision	The revision number of the transmission.
Status	Current status of the transmission.
Title	Title of the transmission document, independent of the vault name or DocNumber value.
