The TeamWork web clients (Web Access) require:

1. Fully supported – Helpdesk support is available and when applicable, software patches will be released to ensure compatibility.
2. Limited support – Support is limited to "best effort" Helpdesk support only. No new software patches or service packs will be released to maintain compatibility. An offered solution may require an upgrade to a newer version.
