In AutoManager 2004d, the Assembly Structure dialog
and the Derive/Replace with References dialogs were adjusted to ignore
manually created references. With AutoManager 2004e there is an option
to re-enable manual references through the Options dialog in the Assembly
Structure dialog, or this registry setting:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cyco\AutoManager Meridian\CurrentVersion\Client\Settings]
"DisplayManualReferences"=dword:00000001
Synchronize Properties to File would fail silently
without clear feedback if one of the properties mapped to a Field Path
field contained an illegal character (for example '/'). This is now fixed.
An option has been added to the Work Area dialog to
show 'inaccessible' Work Areas. When this option is enabled the dialog
will also list Work Areas that the user is not allowed to open. For vaults
with many Work Areas, the dialog will work significantly faster when this
option is disabled.
Pressing the F3 key in the PowerUser or AutoManager
TeamWork Client will set the keyboard focus to the Quick Find control
in the toolbar. This allows the user to start a new search without moving
his hands from the keyboard.
The process of assigning roles to directory trees
has been optimized and now also shows progress information. This is most
noticeable when changing assignments on large directory trees.
It is now possible to disable the workflow submenu
for documents with a registry setting:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cyco\AutoManager Meridian\CurrentVersion\Client\Settings]
"DisableMenuWF"=dword:00000000
The default value is 0 (Workflow menu is enabled).
The automatic property synchronization with the 'CYCO_Summary2'
property set is no longer included. This propertyset is part of the 'Summary'
extension that was provided by Cyco with earlier versions of AutoManager
Meridian. Customers that still use this property set should configure
regular property synchronization.
Application Integration
Saving
an email message from Outlook as a Rich Text file, would save the file
with the wrong extension if the option "Hide extensions for known
file types" was enabled in the Windows Explorer. This is now fixed.
