AutoVue submenu in TeamWork Help menu is disabled

The AutoVue submenu in TeamWork lists the printable documentation for the AutoVue viewer that is installed with TeamWork. This menu is disabled in TeamWork 2012 SP1 but is fixed in later versions.

The workaround is either to delete one of the files where the documents are located (for example, a file for a language that is not needed by your organization) or to add a new Adobe PDF file (for example, your organization's standard procedures). By default, the files are located at C:\BC-TeamWork Extensions\Printable Documentation\AutoVue\Desktop Deployment.
