What’s in this guide

This guide is a high level overview of how to install BlueCielo Meridian Meridian for a customer. It does not include step-by-step instructions for each task but provides installation guidelines that focus on those areas that deviate from a typical installation of Meridian Enterprise and its modules.

For a successful installation, it is important that expectations are set. This document gives guidance on how to set customer expectations throughout the entire process from first customer contact to installation and delivery.

After reading this guide, you should understand:

• What template documents are available that can assist in the definition phase of a project
• Specific requirements related to the successful installation of the environment

• How to retrieve customer-specific requirements for this environment
• How to install the environment on a different computer
• How to import customer data in the environment
