Customizing the Convert to Hybrid command

The Convert to Hybrid command can be modified to meet specific customers needs.

Typical modifications are:

• Naming convention of the hybrid part
• Insertion of the raster image in AutoCAD
• AutoCAD template

The main VBScript function is ConvertToHybrid.

The raster part of the hybrid document needs to be renamed to avoid a conflict with the original document in its released state. Also, new hybrid parts cannot have the same name in the same folder.

The function ConvertToHybridGetTemplateName is responsible for returning the template name used for the hybrid document vector part.

The function AttachinAutocad launches AutoCAD and inserts the raster part into the vector part. This function can be modified to change the way the raster image is inserted.

Currently, Convert to Hybrid uses a helper DLL.
