Asset properties

The asset classification, identification, and information properties are described in the following table grouped by property set name.

Custom property set
Alternative Document Number	String	Alternative document numbers.
Area	String	Primary geographical area in a plant (with Area code). Selectable from table Areas filtered by Plant.
Area code	String	Secondary geographical area in a plant (with Area). Selectable from table Areas filtered by Plant.
Class	String	Primary document class per discipline (with Class code). Selectable from table Class filtered by Discipline.
Class code	String	Secondary document class per discipline (with Class). Selectable from table Class filtered by Discipline.
Discipline	String	The engineering discipline of the document. Selectable from table Discipline.
Document Sequence Number	String	A sequence number associated with the document. Calculated based on the value of Discipline or manual entry.
Document Stamp	String	Text to be applied as a print stamp on the document's rendition. Selectable from table Stamps.
Force Name	Boolean	Indicates whether the document's name should be forced to ?
Initial Project	String	The first project in which a document was created. Automatically calculated.
Latest project	String	The last project that a document was modified in. Automatically calculated.
Library	String	The current scope to which a document belongs, calculated by folder location.
Media	String	Medium of the document selectable from lookup list Media.
Plant	Multi-value String	The name of the site or plant selectable from table Plant filtered by Region.
Region	Multi-value String	To classify a document to a specific geographical region. Useful when a large number of plants or sites are involved. Selectable from table Region.
Remarks	Memo	Remarks related to the document. Automatically populated by redline functionality.
Remarks Entered	Date	The date when the remarks were last modified. Automatically populated by redline functionality.
Remarks Entered By	String	The user name of the last person who modified the remarks. Automatically populated by redline functionality.
Remarks Type	String	The type of remarks. Automatically populated by redline functionality. Selectable from lookup list Request Type.
Section	String	Determines the functional second level division of a plant (with Unit). Selectable from table Areas filtered by Plant.
Sheet Nr	String	Sheet number if multiple sheets are defined in one document. Padded to 3 characters.
Sheet Of	String	Total number of sheets if multiple sheets are defined in one document. Padded to 3 characters.
Sheet Scale	String	Printed scale of a drawing selectable from table SheetScale.
Sheet Size	String	Sheet size of the document selectable from table SheetSize.
Status - Can be downloaded	Boolean	Determines whether a document may be downloaded to the local computer.
StatusMaintenancePreferred	Boolean	Used by the Meridian Asset Management Module.
StatusPublished	Boolean	Used by the BlueCielo Publisher.
Title Line 1-Title Line 4	String	Lines of a drawing title block.
Unit	String	Determines the functional top level division of a plant (with Section). Selectable from table Areas filtered by Plant.
Vendor	String	The name of the vendor or supplier of a document. Selectable from table Vendors.
