Release 2012 SP2

The new features in this release include:

• Attempting to publish a document that most recently was discarded from a work area failed.
• SolidWorks 2010 could stop responding during or after rendering.
• The SharePoint publishing module now supports custom field types.
• The SharePoint publishing module now checks out documents from the SharePoint library before publishing them, checks the documents back in afterward, and increments the revision number.
• The Keep modification information option of the Meridian Enterprise publishing module now also sets the Created and CreatedBy property values to those of the source document in addition to the Modified and ModifiedBy properties.
• Specifying the rendition orientation with a Meridian Enterprise property in the AutoCAD rendering module could produce wrong results.
• The AutoCAD rendering module plot style options have been streamlined and the plot style that is used is now added to the publishing log.
• The error message SDI mode not supported will now appear in the publishing log if the AutoCAD SDI system variable is not set to 0 during use by the AutoCAD rendering module.

• Near real-time publishing in a cluster has been improved . Originally, real-time jobs were only processed on the master computer where the Publisher web service was installed. By setting one or more string elements of the new PublisherServicesAddresses setting in the web service web.config file on the master computer to the web service URLs of the subordinate computers, multiple subordinate web services may be specified as in the following example.
