NEW Configuring the Meridian Project Portal source options

The Meridian Project Portal source system options specify how workspace documents are named and where they are stored in the destination system.

To configure BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise source system options:

In BlueCielo Application Manager, expand the name of the publishing job in the configuration tree that you want to configure.
Select the Configuration branch in the configuration tree. The job's configuration pages appear in the right pane.
Click the Source tab. The Source configuration page appears.
From the Type list, select BlueCielo Meridian Project Portal.
Click the expand icon next to an option group name to show the options in that group.
Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Notes

Some characters that are valid for paths and filenames in Meridian Project Portal might be invalid in the destination system to which they are published. In such cases, you should rename the folder or file before publishing.
If you selected BlueCielo Meridian Project Portal (Rendition), not all of the following options are available.

Meridian Project Portal source options
Option	Description
Site address	Type the URL of the source Meridian Project Portal site, enter valid credentials in User name and Password and click Go to populate the Workspace list with the names of the workspaces found at the site.
User name	Name of a user account with permissions to the workspace from which you want to publish.
Password	Password for the account specified in User name.
Workspace group
Workspace	Select a name from the list of the workspace from which you want to publish.
Timeout	The length of time in seconds for Publisher to wait for a response from Meridian Project Portal before aborting the publishing job. Type a number or accept the default.
Document name group
Use source document name	Keeps the original name from the workspace. Note If the publishing job is configured with its source set to BlueCielo Meridian Project Portal and its destination set to BlueCielo Meridian Project Portal (Rendition), this option determines the name of the documents that will be rendered. The names of the renditions will be determined by the rendering module that is configured for the publishing job.
Use property value from source document	Applies the value of the selected property as the document name.
Document location group
Use source document path	Reproduces the folder structure of Meridian Project Portal in the destination system.
Use property value from source document	Applies the value of the selected property as the parent folder name in the destination system.
Publish to single folder	Publishes all documents from Meridian Project Portal to a single folder in the destination system.
Miscellaneous group
Update feedback property in the source system	Select a Meridian Project Portal custom document property to which a textual result message from the publishing job can be set. This property can be used to show the document's current publication status in Meridian Project Portal. No error message is generated if the feedback property cannot be set.

Click Save to save your changes.
