The Meridian Project Portal options on the Destination page specify the destination workspace, path, document type, and other options.
Note Documents published from source systems other than Meridian Project Portal will overwrite documents in Meridian Project Portal that have the same path and filename. Any mapped property values will also be overwritten.
To configure the Meridian Project Portal destination system options:
Note If you selected BlueCielo Meridian Project Portal (Rendition), not all of the following options are available.

Site address |
Type the URL of the destination Meridian Project Portal site, enter valid credentials in User name and Password and click Go to populate the Workspace list with the names of the workspaces found at the site. |
User name |
Name of a user account with permissions to the workspace to which you want to publish. |
Password |
Password for the account specified in User name. |
Workspace group | |
Workspace |
Select a name from the list of the workspace to which you want to publish. |
Timeout |
The length of time in seconds for Publisher to wait for a response from Meridian Project Portal before aborting the publishing job. Type a number or accept the default. |
Document type group |

Change to |
Select a document type from the list to assign to the documents in Meridian Project Portal. Available only if the destination system is a Meridian Project Portal workspace. |
Use document type of Meridian Project Portal source document |
Keeps the original document type from the source system. Available only if the source system is a Meridian Project Portal workspace. |
Use property value from source document |
Select a property from the list to apply its value as the document type in Meridian Project Portal. |
Destination folder group |

Folder |
Type the name of the folder in the Meridian Project Portal workspace where you want to publish the documents. Note This option cannot be empty. All documents in Meridian Project Portal must reside in folders and cannot reside in the root of the workspace. |
