Working with folders
The structure of a workspace in Project Portal consists of folders and links between them. The system stores information about folders in properties. You can view and edit the properties depending on your access rights. Your rights also control your ability to run folder commands.
Each folder can contain documents and subfolders. When you open a folder by clicking its name in the navigation pane, the contents of that folder are displayed in the detail pane in the Documents or Folders view. The Documents view contains a document list that shows all documents that are contained in the selected folder. Controls for searching for and manipulating documents are located at the top of the document list. The Folders view lists all subfolders of the selected folder.
To view folder contents, you must be the owner of the folder or a member of an access group that has been assigned an access profile with the List permission for folders.
