Working with comments and discussions

Any folder or document can have comments. Comments are text, attachments, and related information that is stored as properties of a document. Comments are useful to provide more information about a document than is practical using the other document properties, for example, for change requests. If you want to add more information than a couple of paragraphs, consider organizing the information using multiple parts. Comments are structured in discussions. Any comment becomes a discussion when a reply is added to an existing comment.
