Understanding the Work Progress view

The Work Progress view takes information type analysis to another level. For example, with help of the view you can answers questions like:

  • How many contracts did we have last Monday?
  • What percentage of documents were in the Released state last month and how much now?
  • How many new folders have been created over the last month?

The work progress can be measured in many ways, for example, document accumulation over time provides information about the amount of work being done.

The default scope is all folders. The other scope that can be selected depends on the folder that is selected in the tree structure in a workspace. Sub-folders of the selected folder can also be included in this scope.

Note    Work progress reports are collected by the system every Monday morning, depending on the system settings.
