Understanding the Communication view
The Throughput Times view is available with the Advanced Dashboard add-in. It shows user collaboration patterns based on functional communication (Readers, Writers, and Approvers).
To view the Communication view:
- In the Dashboard menu, click Communication. The Communication view appears but no data is shown until you select from the available options.
- Select an option for Scope, Look for, Period length, and Period.
The current data for your selections is shown similar to the following figure. The view allows you to easily identify whether work is distributed across all workspace members or if the workspace processes mainly involve a certain group of users.
