Understanding the Alerts view
The Alerts view shows documents that are nearing or have exceeded their approval dates.
To show the Alerts view:
- In the workspace for which you want to view alerts, click the Alerts tab in the top pane. The Alerts view shows a document list that meets the active Filter settings.
- To change the view's filters:
- Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.
- Click Filter in the view header. The view refreshes to show the documents that meet the selected Filter options. Overdue Approval dates are shown in red text.
Tip You can view the approval properties for individual documents by selecting a document to show its property page.
