Managing favorite locations
You can save frequently used Project Portal locations to make selecting them easier when you want to save messages from Outlook. The locations are listed on the Favorites tab in the Send to Project Portal window. By default, the names of favorite locations are their paths. You can give them more descriptive names by renaming them.
To create a favorite location:
- In the Send to Project Portal window, select the folder that you want to add to the Favorites list.
- On the Favorites menu, click Add to favorites. The selected folder is added to the list.
To rename a favorite location:
- In the Send to Project Portal window, select the folder that you want to rename.
- On the Favorites menu, click Rename favorites. The current name of the favorite appears in a dialog box.
- Edit the name and click OK. The new name appears in the Favorites list.
To delete a favorite location:
- On the Favorites tab, select the favorite that you want to delete.
- On the Favorites menu, click Remove from favorites. The selected favorite is deleted from the list.
