About the Office Connector

The Project Portal Microsoft Office Connector allows you to open Project Portal files in Microsoft Office applications, edit them, and upload them directly back to Project Portal without having to store the files on your computer.

To use the Office Connector, it must first be installed on your computer from the Windows Installer package Office Integration.msi. If a previous version of the Office Connector is already installed, uninstall it before installing a newer version. The Office Connector supports the versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office that are listed in BlueCielo Project Portal Supported Software for this version of Project Portal.

Note    The Office Connector supports the ISO 8859 Latin character set only.
