About copy orders
Ordering hardcopy prints is a frequent task in many organizations. It can consume a lot of your time to copy and distribute files for printing.
The Copy Order add-on in Project Portal can streamline the copy ordering and updating process. It lets you order hardcopy prints of multiple documents in a single copy order similar to using Smart Paste. The physical printing of the documents is done by a print house that has been granted access to the documents in Project Portal. The add-on also lets you manage multiple versions of copy orders. For print house users, it provides a streamlined process to download a single copy order that may contain up to 1000 files.
The Copy Order add-on lets you create approval schedules and deadlines for documents. It also enables manual reporting and automatic copy order creation for documents that are nearing the end of their life-cycle.
