NEW  Reassigning comment circulations

If a person to whom a circulation has been assigned is unavailable to make comments, you can reassign the circulation to another user if you are a system administrator.

To reassign comment circulations:

1. Find the circulations that you want to reassign as described in Searching for circulations.
2. At the bottom of the search result list, type the names of the users that you want to reassign the circulations to in Assign follow-up of these circulations to or click Find to find users.
3. Click Assign. The circulations are reassigned.
