About security rights

Security rights in Meridian Project Portal workspaces are managed through access control profiles and roles. An access control profile is specified for each document and folder separately. When creating an item, you can select a predefined access control profile or create a custom access control profile. Users or user groups can be assigned access roles that give them certain rights to all objects that are within a workspace. Roles can also be used to further specify access rights for a specific document.
