To create a new folder status:

  1. In the Settings view, expand the name of the workspace in which you want to create the folder status, expand Folder properties, and click Folder statuses. A page listing the existing folder statuses appears.
  1. In the Folder statuses section header, click New. A page showing the available folder status options appears.

Tip    To create a new folder status using an existing folder status as a template, select the folder status that you want to use before clicking New. The options of the selected folder status will be set as the defaults for the new folder status. You may then simply change the options as necessary for the new folder status.
