Viewing document properties

ProjectForce manages important information about every document in a library. This information can help you to identify and manage your documents more easily. For example, ProjectForce manages properties that contain:

• Document status (checked in or checked out)
• Custom information
• Revision history
• References to and from other files
• Security privileges
• Remarks

These properties can be displayed by using two methods:

• Tabs in the property list pane
• Properties dialog (accessed from the shortcut menu)
