Saving a document in ProjectForce

Use the Save command to update the ProjectForce library with your most recent changes to the document without checking it in. A new minor revision will be created in the library. The Save command is only valid for documents that you have already checked out and opened in an Office application.

To save a document from within any Office application integrated with ProjectForce:

1. Click Save on the ProjectForce menu or click the Save button . A new minor revision is created in the library. The document remains open in the Office application.
