Executing saved searches

Saved searches can be executed one of two ways, depending on the type of search:

• A saved search can be executed immediately and its results will be shown in a new Search tab.
• A search template must first be opened and search values typed before it can be executed. After it is executed, its results will be shown in a new Search tab.

To run a saved search:

1. Double-click the saved search in the document list. The search results appear immediately in a new Search tab.

To run a search using a search template:

1. Double-click the search template in the document list. The results of executing the current search criteria appear immediately in a new Search tab. The template’s search criteria appear in the Template tab similar to the following figure.

2. Type optional or required search criteria values.
3. Click the Find Count or Find buttons to run the search and view the results.
