Creating favorites in ProjectForce

To create a shortcut in the Favorites view:

  1. Click the Favorites button in the navigation pane. The Favorites view will appear.
  2. If you want to create a new category, click the New Category button to create a category to contain your new favorite. Type a name for the category and press Type. Click the Delete button to delete a category.
  3. Drag documents or folders from the document list to the category icon to add them to the category.

    OR

    Right-click the document, point to Send, and select To Favorites. A dialog will appear, allowing you to select a category in Favorites.

    Shortcuts to the documents or folders are created in the selected category, similar to the following figure.
