Checking out drawings from ProjectForce

Use the Check Out command to check out a drawing that you have opened from a ProjectForce library but that is not yet checked out to you. Typically, this will be if you used the Copy Out and Open command in ProjectForce Desktop.

To check out a drawing from ProjectForce:

In one of the following:

BC ProjectForce menu
BC ProjectForce tool box
BC ProjectForce panel in the Ribbon

Click Check Out . The drawing is checked out to you and temporarily copied to a pre-configured local workspace folder, for example, C:\workspace\checkout. For information on configuring this location, see Configuring personal preferences.
